Meet the HRB
The HRB is an advisory board to the Irvine Campus Housing Authority (ICHA). It represents the interests and concerns of University Hills residents — both homeowners and renters — and works with ICHA on community matters, policies, and improvements.
Advisory
Advises the ICHA Board of Directors.
Approve
Reviews architectural applications per the Ground Sublease.
Committees
Welcoming, Sustainability, Entertainment & Transportation.
Advocate
Speaks for residents on University Hills operations.
Collaborate
Works with ICHA staff to build community.
Liaison
Connects residents to the formal dispute resolution process.
